About us……where do I begin?

I guess the best place to start is in the beginning. We are the typical online sweethearts, we met in a chat room and chatted numerous times before we actually met for the first time. We found that it was very easy to say exactly what we thought and felt when it was not face to face and by the time we met we knew a lot about each other. It did not take us long to decide that we had the same goals in mind and that we wanted to start a life together. I lived in Missouri, Bill lived in Wisconsin. I had a motel and a travel company and loved what I did and where I lived. Bill had a plumbing and heating business and was tired of the harsh winters so he sold his business and his home and moved to Branson, Missouri. It did not take him long to get interested in the tourism world, and to adjust to living in a resort area. And he found that he doesn’t mind our winters at all.

The biggest problem that we had was the fact that Bill is hooked on restoring cars (especially Barracudas) so we started looking for land in which to build a shop. Somebody was looking out for us because we found 3.5 acres just minutes away from the motel, with a great house that was being used as a bed and breakfast, so off we went to the bank to fulfill my dreams of being a mortgagee! How was I to know that we would be building a huge Quonset style metal building held together with about 7500 bolts? So being the sharing person that I am I invited my employees over, Bill bought the beer and put up floodlights and we erected that shop in the heat of the summer! It now holds 5 vehicles, has three vehicles parked outside of it and we were ready to start working! BUT, then we took time out to attend a few car shows, saw some of the shirts and hats that they were wearing and decided we wanted shirts and hats but of quality, so online we went to research.

Bill is the quiet, deep type that researches every angle before making a decision, while I on the other hand enjoy sitting back while he wades through the muck and then shows me the best of what he can find. When he found the information about sublimation and explained the process to me, we both got excited. So we rearranged our garage and turned it into a print shop. We are now the proud owners of more computers, three different types of presses, printers the size of a kitchen cabinet and tubs and tubs of T-shirts, mouse pads, ball caps and coffee mugs!

Along the way we inherited two of my teenage grandsons to raise, Charley is 15 and Andy is 13. The four of us are learning together, and share in the workload that we have created.  We have taken photos & sold tees at several car shows, family reunions, bus tour groups that are visiting Branson and had a great response to our work. So we decided to start adding more items.  Our newest item is quilt blocks. We are in the process of putting together a family memory quilt for one of the entertainment families performing in Branson.

Now we are at the point of getting our name out, and actually sharing this exciting process with others. Our hopes are to be able to keep expanding and adding new ideas
